This pet project is an interactive TV schedule of 2006 FIFA World Cup matches which happened from June to July 9th in Germany. The website displays match kickoff and broadcast times in your time zone and uses some AJaX functionality for faster browsing.

Flexible Funcionality and Quick Browsing

World Cup On TV was programmed in PHP, with data fetched from a MySQL database for flexibility. Visitors can select matches by time of day, team, tournament group, venue, TV station, and more. Match listings are fetched very quickly using javascript so the browser only reloads relevant parts of the page.
